If a partial refund is issued for a booking, it reduces your payout for that booking. You'll see it as a separate line in the payout breakdown.
Partial refunds
If a dispute is resolved with a partial refund, you still get paid — just less. For example, if your payout would have been Rs 8,500 and a Rs 3,000 refund is issued, you'd receive Rs 5,500.
Chargebacks
If a customer disputes the charge with their bank after you've already been paid, and the bank rules in their favour, that amount becomes a chargeback. It gets deducted from your next payout.
You can see any chargeback deductions in the payout summary when you click into a processed batch.
The Chargebacks tab in profile section will also show your chargeback history.
