If a booking is disputed, its payout automatically goes on hold until the dispute is resolved.
You'll see this in two places:
On the booking itself: Open the booking in Bookings and you'll see an info banner saying the payout has been put on hold.
In your scheduled payout: When viewing an upcoming payout, the sidebar shows a "Hold bookings" section listing any bookings that are currently on hold. These won't be included in the payout until the hold is lifted.
Once a dispute is resolved in your favour, the hold is released and the payout processes normally.
