When you see a question in the Pending tab, click Answer to open the response modal. You'll see the customer's question at the top, with a text area below for your answer.
Write your response and click Respond to submit.
After you submit, your answer goes through a quick review before appearing publicly on your listing. This is just to make sure it meets content guidelines — most answers are approved within a few hours.
Keep your answers helpful and accurate. Avoid including your phone number, email, or any way to contact you outside the platform.
