Go to Questions from the sidebar to see all questions customers have asked about your listings.
The page has two tabs:
Pending shows questions waiting for your response. These should be your priority.
Answered shows questions you've already responded to.
You can search by customer name or question text, and sort by date to find older or newer questions.
