You can reply to any review, and your response will be visible publicly alongside the customer's review on your listing.
Replying to a review
- Go to Reviews from the sidebar
- Find the review you want to respond to
- Click Reply
- Write your response and submit
Keep it professional and constructive. A thoughtful reply to a negative review can actually build trust with future customers — it shows you take feedback seriously.
