Go to Reviews from the sidebar to see all reviews customers have left for your listings.
Each review shows when it was received, the booking it's tied to, the customer's name, their star rating, and their comments. You can search by booking ID or customer name, and sort by rating or date.
Finding reviews that need a reply
Use the Unreplied tab to quickly see reviews you haven't responded to yet. Responding to reviews — especially critical ones — shows future customers that you care about feedback.
