You can chat with customers from the Messages section, or the booking's detail page.
From Messages: Go to Messages in the sidebar and click on any conversation.
From a booking: Navigate to the relevant booking and click Chat with customer at the bottom of the page.
The conversation opens automatically when a booking is confirmed, so you don't need to create it manually. You can start messaging right away.
Sending messages
Type your message in the box at the bottom and press Enter, or click the send icon. You can also attach files by clicking the paperclip icon.
Messages show a single checkmark when sent, It turns fully white when the customer reads your message.
