You can share up to 15 files per conversation. This limit applies to the files you send, not files the customer sends.
Once you hit 15 files in a conversation, you won't be able to send more files.
Accepted file types
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG
- Documents: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx)
Files are stored securely and only visible to you and the customer for that specific booking.
