How to set up an auto-reply message

You can set an auto-reply that gets sent to customers automatically when they confirm a booking. It's useful for introducing yourself, and reassures customer.

Setting up auto-reply

  1. Go to Messages from the sidebar
  2. Click the settings icon (gear) in the top right of the conversation list
  3. Type your message — something like "Hi! Thanks for booking with us. Feel free to message us if you have any questions!"
  4. Click Save

Auto reply

The auto-reply only sends once per booking, right after confirmation.

Editing or removing it

Open the auto-reply settings again. You can edit the message or click the delete icon to remove it completely.
