What is Kipgo's built-in messaging system

Kipgo has a built-in chat where you can message customers directly about their bookings.

Key features

Read receipts: You'll see a checkmark next to messages you send. It turns white when the customer has read the message.

Typing indicators: You can see when the customer is typing a reply, and they can see when you are.

File sharing: You can share images or documents in the chat, up to 15 files per conversation. Avoid sharing unnecessary attachments so you never hit limits.

Auto-created conversations: As soon as a booking is confirmed, a conversation automatically opens between you and the customer. You don't need to do anything.

You can access conversations from Messages in the sidebar, or by clicking Chat with customer on any booking detail page.
