Opening a ticket
- Go to Support from the sidebar
- Click the + button in the bottom right
- Select what your issue is related to (Bookings, Payouts, Listings, Account, or Other)
- Write a clear subject line
- Describe your issue in detail
- Attach a screenshot or document if it helps explain the problem
- Click Submit
The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help. Include booking IDs, listing names, or error messages if relevant.
