How to open a support ticket

Support Tickets

If you need help with something you can't resolve on your own, open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.

Opening a ticket

  1. Go to Support from the sidebar
  2. Click the + button in the bottom right
  3. Select what your issue is related to (Bookings, Payouts, Listings, Account, or Other)
  4. Write a clear subject line
  5. Describe your issue in detail
  6. Attach a screenshot or document if it helps explain the problem
  7. Click Submit

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help. Include booking IDs, listing names, or error messages if relevant.
