How to track your tickets

Support Tickets

All your tickets are in the Support section. You'll see two tabs:

Open — Tickets that are still being worked on. You might be waiting for a response, or we might be waiting for more info from you.

Closed — Resolved tickets. You can still view the full conversation history, but you can't send new messages.

If a closed ticket needs to be reopened, just open a new ticket and reference the previous one.
