Support Tickets

When you open a ticket, you'll pick a category to help us route it to the right person:

Bookings — Issues with specific bookings, cancellations, customer disputes, or booking-related questions.

Payouts — Questions about your payouts, missing payments, bank account issues, or commission concerns.

Listings — Help with creating or editing listings, approval issues, or content questions.

Account — Profile changes, verification, login issues, or account settings.

Other — Anything that doesn't fit the above categories.

Picking the right category helps us respond faster.
