How to reply to support

Support Tickets

When our team responds to your ticket, you'll get an email and dashboard notification.

To reply:

  1. Go to Support from the sidebar
  2. Click on the ticket from the list
  3. Type your message at the bottom
  4. Click send (or attach a file if needed)

The conversation works like a chat — you'll see the full history with timestamps, and new messages from our team appear in real-time.
