You can reset your password from the login page if you have forgotten it or want to change it for security reasons.
Resetting your password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password? below the password field
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Send reset link
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and enter your new password
- Confirm your new password and click Reset Password
Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
If you do not receive the email
Check your spam or junk folder. The email may take a few minutes to arrive. If you still do not receive it, make sure you entered the correct email address and try again.
