How to update your supplier profile

Some account details like your business name, email, category, business type, and location cannot be changed directly from the dashboard. These are set during registration and require verification to update.

Requesting profile changes

  1. Go to Support from the sidebar
  2. Click Create Ticket
  3. Select "Account" as the category
  4. In your message, clearly explain what you need to change and why
  5. Submit the ticket

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional documentation to verify the changes. You will receive updates through the ticket conversation.

What can be changed

Business name, registered email address, business type, operating location, and legal documentation can be updated through a support request.

What cannot be changed

Usually, your supplier category (Tour Operator, Stay, etc.) cannot be changed. If you want to offer a different type of service, you would need to create a new account. However, We might allow category change under extraordinary circumstances.
