You need to add your bank account details before you can receive payouts for completed bookings.
Adding your bank details
- Go to Profile from the sidebar
- Click the Finance tab
- Enter your bank name, account title, account number, and IBAN
- Click Add account to save
Once saved, your bank details are locked and cannot be changed directly. This is a security measure for your protection.
Important notes
The bank account must belong to the same individual, business, or company associated with your supplier account. If the names do not match, your payouts may be delayed.
If you need to change your bank details after saving, contact support through the Support page.
