New listings and edits are reviewed by the Kipgo team before going live. Here is what to expect.

New listing reviews

New listings are typically reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. The review includes checking content accuracy, photo quality, pricing, and compliance with content guidelines.

Room listings are an exception. Rooms go live immediately without review because accommodation inventory needs to be updated quickly. However, rooms must still comply with all content guidelines.

Edit reviews

Edits to existing listings follow the same timeline of 1 to 3 business days. While under review, your original listing stays live and bookable.

Factors that may affect timing

Review times may be longer during peak seasons or when submission volume is high. Listings with complex itineraries, multiple pricing tiers, or extensive content may take longer to review.

Incomplete submissions or content that does not meet guidelines will be rejected, requiring you to make corrections and resubmit, which extends the overall time.

Checking status

You can see your listing status in My Listings. Listings pending review show a "Pending" status badge. You will receive an email notification when your listing is approved or if changes are needed.

No guaranteed timeframe

While we aim for 1 to 3 business days, this is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly and submit listings well in advance of when you need them live.
