How to update availability after a listing is created

You can update availability for any active listing at any time. Availability changes take effect immediately and do not require approval.

Opening the availability calendar

  1. Go to My Listings from the sidebar
  2. Find the listing and click the three-dot menu
  3. Select Manage Availability

Alternatively, open the listing detail page, click the menu icon, and select Manage Availability.

Updating private listing availability

For private tours, treks, activities, experiences, and vehicles, click dates to toggle them on or off. Green highlighted dates are available for booking. Click Save changes when done.

Updating group tour/trek availability

For group listings, click a date to set or change the available slots. Enter the number of slots and click Save. To remove a departure date, click the date and then click Remove date.

Updating room availability

For rooms, click a date to set how many rooms are available. Use Bulk availability to update multiple dates at once by selecting a date range and setting the room count.

Important notes

Changes take effect immediately. If you mark a date as unavailable and a customer is in the middle of booking, they will see the date is no longer available.
