How to edit a listing

Listings & Edits

You can edit any listing that is not currently pending review. Edits go through an approval process (except for rooms) and your original listing stays live until the edit is approved.

Editing a listing

  1. Go to My Listings from the sidebar
  2. Find the listing and click the three-dot menu
  3. Select Edit

Alternatively, open the listing detail page and click Edit from the menu.

The edit process

The edit form looks the same as the creation form. Navigate through the steps and make your changes. You can update photos, pricing, descriptions, itineraries, or any other content.

When finished, click Submit for Review.

What happens after submitting

Your edit is reviewed by the Kipgo team. During review, your original listing remains live and bookable. Reviews are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.

If approved, your listing is updated with the new content. If rejected, your original remains unchanged and you will see feedback in the email.

Restrictions on editing

You cannot edit a listing that is currently pending initial review. You also cannot submit a new edit while a previous edit is pending review.

Room listings are exempt from the approval process. Edits to rooms take effect immediately.

Availability changes

Availability updates do not require approval. Use Manage Availability instead of Edit to change dates and slots.
