If you already have tours or treks listed on your website, you can import the details directly into Kipgo instead of typing everything manually.
How it works
- Go to create a new tour or trek listing
- Click the "Import" button (on mobile it's at the top, on desktop it's in the bottom-right corner)
- Paste the URL of your tour/trek page
- Wait about 30 seconds while we extract the details
- Review and edit the imported content
Our system reads your webpage and uses AI to extract key information like the title, overview, itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions.
What gets imported
We'll try to extract:
- Title and overview
- Duration
- Day-by-day itinerary
- What's included and excluded
- Highlights
- FAQs
- What to bring
- Important information
- Age restrictions (if mentioned)
What you'll still need to add
Some things can't be imported automatically:
- Photos — you'll need to upload these manually
- Pricing — set your prices and any add-ons
- Availability dates — choose when the tour runs
- Starting location — select from our location list
- Tour theme or trek name — pick from the dropdown options
Tips for best results
Import works best when your webpage has clear, structured content. Pages with separate sections for itinerary, inclusions, and other details will import more accurately.
If something doesn't import correctly, you can always edit it manually. Think of import as a starting point — you're in control of the final listing.
Import limits
Each supplier can import up to 12 listings. This helps us manage costs while still saving you significant time. The remaining imports are shown in the import window.
Website restrictions
You can only import from your own website. This prevents suppliers from copying competitor listings. If you don't have a website URL set up in your profile, contact us and we'll add it for you.
Troubleshooting
"Could not access this website" — Some websites block automated access. Try a different page or enter the details manually.
"Page has insufficient content" — The page doesn't have enough text for us to extract meaningful information.
Missing information — We only extract what we can clearly find. If something's missing, just add it manually in the form.
