How to set availability when creating a listing

During listing creation, you will reach an availability step where you set the dates customers can book. How availability works depends on your listing type.

Private tours, treks, activities, and experiences

For private listings, you select dates when you are available. Click on any date to toggle it on or off. Selected dates appear highlighted. Use the "Select all" checkbox to quickly select all dates in the current month, then navigate to other months to continue.

Normal availability

Group tours and treks

For group listings, you set specific departure dates with available slots. Click on a date, enter the number of slots available for that departure, and click Save. The calendar shows how many slots are set for each date.

Rooms

For room listings, click on a date to set how many rooms are available on that date. You can also use the Bulk availability feature to set availability for a date range at once, which is useful for setting up multiple months quickly.

Cars and bikes

Vehicle listings use a simple availability calendar similar to private tours. Select dates when the vehicle is available for rental.

Important notes

You can only select dates in the future. Past dates cannot be selected. You can always update availability after the listing is created.
