How to contact a customer after receiving a booking

Bookings

All communication with customers happens through Kipgo's integrated messaging system. Each booking has a dedicated conversation channel that creates a record both parties can reference.

Starting a conversation

  1. Go to Bookings and click on the booking.
  2. Click Chat with customer.
  3. You can send text messages and share files like images or documents.

You can also access all conversations from the Messages section in the sidebar.

What you can discuss

Use the chat to confirm pickup times and meeting points, share directions or instructions, answer questions about what to bring, provide updates if circumstances change, and coordinate any special requests.

File sharing

You can share up to 15 files per conversation.

Important rules

Never share personal contact information like phone numbers, WhatsApp, or email. Never ask customers to contact you outside the platform.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension.
