How to modify a booking's dates

Booking dates cannot be modified directly in the dashboard. All date changes require coordination through Kipgo support team.

How to request a change

  1. Discuss the new dates with the customer through the messaging system.
  2. Get confirmation that the customer agrees.
  3. Go to Profile → Support and submit a ticket.
  4. Include the booking ID, current dates, requested new dates, and confirmation that the customer agrees.

Kipgo will verify both parties consent and check availability. If the rates differ, any price adjustment will be coordinated.
