How to write internal notes

Bookings

You can add notes to any booking for your own reference. These are completely private — customers never see them.

What to use notes for

Customer preferences or special requests, reminders for yourself or your team, coordination details, observations after delivering the service, or anything else you want to remember.

Adding or editing notes

  1. Go to Bookings and click on the booking.
  2. Find the Notes card in the right sidebar.
  3. Click the pencil icon.
  4. Type your notes and click Save.

Privacy

These notes are only visible to you when logged into your supplier account. Customers cannot see them. They're not included in PDFs or emails.

Notes stay attached to the booking permanently. You can view and update them anytime, even long after completion.
