Once you've delivered the service and the booking end date passes, here's what happens next.
Status changes to Completed
After the service end date, the booking status automatically changes from "Confirmed" to "Completed". You'll see this in your bookings list and on the booking details page.
Dispute window
Customers have 4 days after service completion to file a dispute if they experienced issues. During this period, your payout is subject to potential holds if a dispute arises.
Payout processing
A brief holding period applies after completion, then payouts are processed weekly on Mondays and transferred to your registered bank account.
You can view upcoming and processed payouts in the Payouts section. Click any row to see which bookings are included and the detailed breakdown.
Payout calculation
Your payout equals the booking total minus commission. If a coupon was used, the discount was already applied to the booking total. Your commission rate is visible in Profile → Account.
