Every booking includes a full payment breakdown showing what the customer paid.
Finding payment details
- Go to Bookings in the sidebar.
- Click on any booking.
- Click the Payment tab.
Understanding the breakdown
The table shows each component. For tours and activities, you'll see each pricing tier (like "2 Adults" or "1 Child") with quantity, unit price, and total. For rooms, you'll see the nightly rate times nights. For vehicles, you'll see the daily rate times days. Add-ons appear as separate rows.
Totals section
Below the table you'll see the subtotal, any coupon discount with the code shown, and the final total.
Your payout
Your payout is the booking total minus commission. You can see this in the Payouts section once the booking completes and processes.
