Customer information
On the booking details page under the Details tab, you can see the customer's full name and their country.
Booking summary
The details shown depend on what was booked. For tours, treks, activities, and experiences you'll see the date, number of people by pricing tier, and any add-ons. For rooms you'll see check-in and check-out dates, nights, and breakfast status. For car and bike rentals you'll see pickup and return dates, rental days, self-drive status, pickup address if applicable, and add-ons.
Payment breakdown
The Payment tab shows the complete financial breakdown: line items with quantities and prices, add-ons, subtotal, any coupon discount, and the total.
What's not shared
You cannot see email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or home addresses. Use the messaging system to coordinate any details needed for service delivery.
